The PosiTector GLS Gloss Meter measures gloss, reflectance, and calculates haze. Select up to 3 measurement angles (geometries) to measure semi-, high-, and matte-gloss surfaces.

This gloss meter is capable of measuring up to 200 gloss units (GU) from 3 different angles. The R7700 is designed to meet international gloss measurement standards (ASTMD523, ASTMD1455, ASTMC584 and ASTMD2457), features a backlit LCD and internal memory capable of storing the last 254 measurements.

These meters measure the gloss of paint and coatings as well as metal, ceramic, and granite surfaces. All come with a USB cord to transfer data to PCs. Meters with a 60° field of view can evaluate the gloss of most standard, semi-gloss surfaces.
