As soon as we start a GoToMeeting Session on this notebook, a strange white background screen is showing instead of the normal blueish/greyish background. And if others join we cannot see them. the same with screensharing. The others see us normaly.

I recently upgraded my Account from GoToMeeting Pro to GoToMeeting Business. Unfortunately, now it seems that it is not possible to Download the attendee list of past meetings in the GoToMeeting Admin Section to a Excel File any more. I can see the attendee list online, but cannot download a file. In GoToMeeting Pro however, it is still possible.

While there is no user limit to the plan you choose, there is a feature limit to Professional GoToMeeting subscriptions that does not currently allow for Co-Organizer functionality. Currently only GoToMeeting Business and Enterprise plans offer Co-Organizer functionality.

In Outlook go to the "Add-Ins" Ribbon, click on "Settings" in the GoToMeeting-part and and choose "Logout". Then try to plan a meeting or use the adhoc one, you get asked for your credetials, enter them, et viola it works again.

In fact the GotoMeeting software works perfectly fine in my environment; I'm a customer of a customer of GotoMeeting whereas I'm a free user of VirusTotal and am not a direct user of Cylance at all.
