Jan 25, 2012 · I put my girls in the backseat of my car all the time. If I did put them in the trunk, I'd drop at least the middle chunk of the seat so they could stick their heads out and get fresh air. Rosie, my baby girl, usually rides shotgun and is very well behaved.

Probably not the safest for them since they’re just hanging out loose (would be safer in an animal crate so they don’t go flying if we have to slam on the brakes), but it works great with our Nigerian Dwarfs.

May 1, 2007 · I've transported pack goats in the back of my pickup in a homemade box made out of 2X4's and chain link. It's very sturdy and safe -- my goats are large and I had nightmares of them going out the window of a camper shell, and I don't care to transport them tied.

Wth the back seat out and the mid seats in we've hauled 5 adult boers without issues. Only time I had a problem was when we loaded a 180# Billy in the back and by the time I came around he was in the drivers seat!
