Gojo can see even when blindfolded or with thick sunglasses because he still sees the cursed energy of living beings, or the residue left on inanimate objects.

2022年10月15日 · In the manga, when we see Gojo in his second year (I think?), we did see Gojo wearing sunglasses while fighting rather than a blindfold. So why did he switch to the blindfold? And was there any significance with the transition from the white blindfold to the black blindfold? Did I miss something? Does that get explained later?

2023年3月26日 · Eyeglasses/sunglasses in anime are always as opaque as the scene needs them to be - even clear glasses sometimes get the light-reflection that turns them blank, the temples (the side part that goes to your ears) often disappear when you see them from the side, and dark glasses can be seen through.

2021年9月3日 · I just got my pair and I'm pleasently suprised about quality of those glasses. If you lucky enough to get them for 90 pounds they are worth it. Frame is very good alloy metal quality casse is actually leather and very thick. Nose bridge is so unique and simple.Beutifull glasses very simple yet original must have for any fan.

While the Gojo powers were increasing, he was changing his blindfold. Starts with black glasses, after it he used a black white bandage, after it he chefes to a black bandage. How much the stronger the power of the six eyes, the more he needs to cover his eyes, so as not to process as much information.

Wearing glasses, it starts out a little distracting that almost your entire peripheral vision is blurry while your central vision is clear. Now, you just learn to subconsciously ignore the blurry bite, but imagine if Gojo shut out 75% of his vision while 25% got through. It would probably be draining, which is what he’s wearing the glasses for.

Why does gojo wear sunglasses? We know jujutsu sorcerers wear them to hide their eyes so curses can't see that they've been noticed, but it was stated in an extras panel that gojo has separate reasons for wearing the sunglasses. Pls tag any spoilers for the anime onlys
