Gomi Felaw, along Hamilton road, located opposite to Choman town in Sakran area, is a very beautiful scenery location where you can hike or camp around. We visited it in December but highly recommended to visit it in April or May (spring times).

Gome Felawe (Felaw Pond), in Choman, North of Erbil near the Iran border, is probably the most amazing spot at such altitude in Kurdistan/Iraq, with its crystal clear water, green surrounding, and the snow-capped mountain (Hasari Sakran) in the background.
