2022年4月22日 · Nanika reset gon and his nodes too. So to use nen again he will need to either get initiated or slowly reopen his nodes through meditation. Ging basically adviced him to not rush back into using his nen again (so soon after a dangerous contract) so gon is gonna meditate his way back to nen slowly this time

The chain you are mentioning, is a materialized and manipulated one, and takes into zetsu the ryodan's members. But he can also enhance any other part of his body.

But keep in mind that Gon is not vastly experienced in nen at the time he comes up with the move and as an enhancer it makes total sense that his instinct would be to create an attack like jajanken.
