Having GPU/CPU under 60C underload to be considered ideal is insane. This is not available for most people unless you have some fancy open-loop water cooled set up. Anything under 80C is ideal/good. 80-90C is okay. And 90+, you need to check case/fan set up.

2022年12月31日 · I have a PNY 4080 XLR8 (not the OC model) and even running Prime95 and Furmark at the same time, the highest temperature that I hit was 57 C on my GPU. Mind you the ambient temp is relatively low here right now (about 16 C) I might expect the FE version to be a little bit hotter but not much.

Again no performance loss in game rather slight performance increase and very good temp. Like in Apex I am getting max 65℃ and In Valorant around 53℃ . So u can try it if u too concern about temp. And lastly it depends on your ambient temp and case airflow. So may be u can get low or high temp than others depending on your ambient.

Sub 70c temps are indicators of good cooling and airflow. 80c+ temps, you way want to take a second look at how you are cooling your case as 80c+ temps may induce thermal throttling performance hits Personally at 80c+ I would start taking active measures to reduce temps, such as additional fans, or reorientation of current fans

2023年9月2日 · Around 85C for both CPU and GPU and you're good. Throttle will happen around the high 90s usually. Even my decade old gaming laptop which I overlooked the sheesh out of constantly ran at 95C. She still fires up and works perfect

2020年12月16日 · Currently have 3060 Ti Aorus Master. Temp on load normally sits at around 59-62 never broke 70C. However on RDR2, the temp shoots up to 69 Max but most of the time in the game it’s 62-65. Fan curve I have it at 5 higher than the temp Ex. 55C = 60%, 66C = 71%

AMD controls their maximum GPU speeds by two parameters: Power Limit and Hot Spot/Junction Temp. If the power limit is hit the GPU will begin throttling. If the junction temp hits 110°C, it will begin throttling. It will run just fast enough to maintain that 110 degrees.

Edge temps were the measurement up until Navi. Navi has temp measurements throughout the surface of the chip, rather than just along the edges, and reports hot spot (junction) temps. Tech Jesus does a good job of explaining things. Generally speaking, throttling for any GPU will happen at ~90C edge or ~110C junction.

Kolink Unity X case with 6x120mm intake and 3x120mm exhaust. Cooler Master mf120 halo fans including 240 aio. Room temp around 20 celcius. I've been playing plus two hours, some times less. Starfield, Warhammer total war 3 etc. Gpu temp stays under 60 degrees and latest hotspot playing Dark Envoy was 73 degrees. Edit.
