I tested it for the first time in HOV mode in the I-405 toll lanes and my online account later reported the free trip, so it must have activated fine.

2019年7月9日 · You can pay to use the express lanes on 405 with good to go. Realistically though the carpool lanes are only slightly faster than general lanes. Maybe saves 5 minutes?
