Faculty should please be aware that submitting grades after the deadline negatively affects the grading process for all students, as well as financial aid, degree candidacy, graduate school and transfer applications, institutional reporting, and other University processes.

Faculty must submit final grades electronically, through MyUCLA Gradebook or Gradebook Express, by the published deadline. The instructor in charge of a course is responsible for determining the grade of each student in the course.

Dates are subject to change. All times listed are Eastern Time Zone (ET). Final grading deadlines listed by term for the current academic year.

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. May 30 and ends at 5 p.m. June 17. Faculty not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Grades are due at noon on the first Monday following Finals Week. You may begin submitting grades at the conclusion of your course throughout the term. However, the submission deadline remains consistent for all classes. Information regarding the term calendar may be found under key dates and deadlines.
