Closed for the winter, the North Rim Campground, will be open from May 15 through October 15, 2025. It is located on the North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park in northern Arizona. The canyon's rustic and less populated North Rim is home to abundant wildlife, hiking trails, and unparalleled views of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.

The North Rim Campground is located on the remote and rustic North Rim of Grand Canyon National Park in northern Arizona, approximately 210 miles (338 km) from Grand Canyon Village, AZ on the South Rim.

The North Rim Campground, perched right on the edge of Grand Canyon, has campsites with terrific canyon views. Toroweap Campground, located in one of the most remote parts of the national park, offers quick access to one of Grand Canyon’s most dramatic viewpoints.

As in years past, the North Rim campground will be available for winter camping and is accessible via hiking inner canyon trails from the South Rim or by hiking, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing 45 miles from Jacob Lake.

2022年12月29日 · North Rim Campground is open seasonally from May 15 – October 15, with easy access and all the amenities. With a total of 87 campsites, including three ADA-accessible family campsites, potable water, flushing and composting toilets, hot showers and the convenience of a store nearby. Spaces are available for tent and RV campers.

Grand Canyon National Park’s North Rim Campground is open mid May through October (reservations recommended) with 90 mixed-use campsites among a beautiful ponderosa pine forest. There are 78 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs (12 to 40 feet), as well as 12 additional tent-only campsites.
