Gregory So Kam-leung (traditional Chinese: 蘇錦樑; simplified Chinese: 苏锦梁) is the former Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development of Hong Kong. 蘇錦樑，GBS，JP（粵拼 Gregory So，1958年 10月12號—），係一間律師事務所高級合夥人，做過民建聯副主席、香港政府 商經局局長，擁有過加拿大護照，宣佈任命做副局長後，《信報》指佢有加拿大 國籍。

蘇錦樑（Gregory So Kam-leung），曾任商務及經濟發展局局長及副局長，亦為前民主建港聯盟副主席。 蘇錦樑於2008年6月1日加入第三屆特區政府任商務及經濟發展局副局長，至2011年6月，接替因病辭職的劉吳惠蘭，成為該局局長。
