2016年11月21日 · Harvesting is more efficient when you use a Staff of Regrowth to harvest your herbs. It has a chance to yield twice as many herbs from a single planter box. As you defeat more bosses, more types of planter box will unlock. Any herb can grow in any planter box, but planting a herb in its respective box is a good way of organising your herb farm.

Most of the hardy herbs and a large proportion of the green/succulent herbs need bright, direct sunlight. Basil can live on a sunny kitchen window OK, but almost all the other herbs I like: dill, rosemary, oregano, thyme like a lot of sun. So, if you go indoors, you need lighting for them. Depends greatly on which direction your windows face.

2022年1月16日 · This is it. I'm in zone 8b (Portland, OR). I grow herbs in a garden bed and put a greenhouse topper on it in the winter. The basil comes inside under a grow light for the winter, everything else stays out under the topper all winter. Sage and rosemary are pretty indestructible. I also have thyme, oregano, chives, and marjoram going.

2016年8月8日 · Warning: at least in New England, it is a loooonnnngggg process. I planted hard neck garlic last fall and have just harvested and begun drying, so it's basically a 9 month crop. Other herbs have better return on time/garden space investment. Basil and rosemary are my favs for easy to grow and huge harvests.

2015年4月14日 · Step 1 is make sure you have a big enough pot. Minimum 2 gallons of dirt. Those little dinky herb pots don't work long term since most herbs grow a fairly robust root system that needs space to grow. Step 2 is enough sunlight. The minimum yield for each plot is 6 herbs (~18K -1K seed cost = 17k per plot), up to a ceiling of 20 or more herbs. Because the seed cost is so low, losing a plot doesn't impact overall revenue as much as a snapdragon, ranarr, or other seeds that are more expensive.

2020年10月5日 · Adding to the other answers, besides combat, you can do PoF (Player-owned farm) for beans and then use them to buy Supreme growth potion (leafy) and use it to insta grow lots of herbs. Also, a lot of IM use JoT aura, troll invasion, and any other sort of XP lamp from quests on herblore.
