Known for excellent fishing, boating and watersports, Gunlock State Park provides year-round recreation — in the water and waterfalls during the heat of summer and on the sun-filled shoreline during mild winters.

Gunlock State Park offers 30 camp sites. All sites include power, water, and use of our dump station. Each site also has a covered picnic structure and firepit.

Gunlock State Park is a state park of Utah, USA, adjoining the 266-acre (108 ha) Gunlock Reservoir that impounds the Santa Clara River. [1] The park is located approximately 15 miles (24 km) northwest of St George. The reservoir dam was constructed in 1970 for irrigation water and flood control. [2]

Limits 50 Crappie or Bluegill. 6 Largemouth bass 1 over 12 inches. 8 Channel catfish. NO FIREWORKS, including sparklers, firecrackers, and fireworks. NO FIREWORKS!!
