Dr. Lintner, a native of Fredericktown, Ohio, contacted Van Wert Manufacturing/Universal Uniform Company with a simple request—to design and produce a jacket for the Fredericktown FFA Band members to wear while performing at the National FFA Convention in Kansas City, Missouri.
