I currently operate our company with my wife, Ashley, and son, Gus, along with a small team of dedicated professionals out of the greater Cleveland area. I worked as a Cleveland Police Officer for 25 years and retired in June of 2015.

2019年8月6日 · Our Owner, Founder, and CEO of Defense Soap, Guy Sako, received news last week that he will be inducted into the Ohio chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame for the “Lifetime Service to Wrestling” Award. Naturally, the entire team was excited for Guy but his humble demeanor didn’t allow for much of a celebration.

Defense Soap is a brand of soap (available in both bar and shower gel forms) created by Guy Sako to prevent outbreaks of skin infection on his wrestling team. [2] Since then the soap has been marketed to wrestlers, Judoka, Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, and Mixed Martial Artists. [3]

2007年8月19日 · Sako, a police officer and youth wrestling coach in Cleveland, invented his soap in 2005 to combat ringworm, impetigo and other skin infections that can be transmitted via sweaty wrestling mats.

Guy Sako wrestled for Cleveland State from 1985-89, serving as a team captain in 1988 and 1989 and qualifing for the NCAA tournament in 1988. After serving as an assistant coach at his alma mater from 1990-92, Sako took over the Westshore Wrestling Club in 1996.
