The Hiller OH-23 Raven is a two, three, or four-place, military light observation helicopter based on the Hiller Model 360. The Model 360 was designated by the company as the UH-12 ("UH" for United Helicopters), [1] which was first flown in 1948.

The H-23D Raven was used as an observation, utility, and MedEvac helicopter during the Korean War, but also used for observation in the early years of the Vietnam War. Built on the earlier model 360 (UH-12), it was a three-place aircraft built by Hiller (formerly United Helicopters).
