Alternative OH alg for H-perm PLL CFOP (In the comments)
2018年3月15日 · For the OH solvers you probably know the traditional H-perm alg with M-moves or the 2-gen one (R2 U2 R U2 R2 U2 R2 U2 R U2 R2) which is long and consist of a lot of double flicks. I thought if you can get better at doing S and S' then it might make up a better alg for H-perms, for it is shorter.

Skewb H and z perms? : r/Cubers - Reddit
2014年9月5日 · Fixed corner. And I changed the Z perm alg. It made a mistake when I typed it the first time. Angle for H perm: Solved sides on top and bottom and then good from any side. Angle for Z perm: solved side on top and bottom, one side of the first pair in the right, and a side of the other pair in the left
H-perm using only 180 degree turns : r/Cubers - Reddit
2014年5月18日 · If it is possible to create an h perm using only 180 degree moves, then it is possible to make a pure edges three cycle. The contrapositive of this statement also holds (That's what contrapositives do). If it isn't possible to make a pure edge three cycle of that nature, than it is impossible for an h perm to only have 180 degree moves.
why is h-perm called h-perm? : r/Cubers - Reddit
2014年3月5日 · To expand on this, some people call it an x-perm when it's H perm + U2. (to go even further, some people only call it a proper x-perm when it's an actual corner swap alg)
A question about 4x4 PLL and parity, esp in regards to Z-perm and …
2024年5月29日 · But it gets more confusing, with the parity that 4x4 introduces; Instead of 3x3, where your 4 unsolved edges are always in two pairs- Either opposite pairs (H-perm) or adjacent pairs (Z-perm), making them easy to recognise, when you have 4x4 parity you have NO paired-up colours; So how do you pick whether to do [H-perm + parity alg], or [Z-perm ...
I never get H perms on my main 3x3 cubes. Why? : r/Cubers - Reddit
2022年12月12日 · Physically, it seems there is no possible way this happened since the cube is always ends up solved anyways. The really freaky thing is, the very next solve after posting this was a H perm. That’s 3 out of less than 10 solves with this cube. I’ve solved the other cubes probably over 10 thousand times and not once have I seen an H perm.
A Good H-Perm Algorithm For One-Handed (Intermediate to …
2019年10月9日 · S R U2 R2 U2 R2 U2 R S' is probably the best no-table-abuse H perm. (S moves aren't even that fancy or advanced (compared to e.g. B moves); you just press downwards on UL for S' and push right on LU for S.) This alg I normally use for big cubes is all right for OH too: R' U2 R2 U2 R2 U' R2 U' R' U' R' U2 R.
How to execute OH H perm? : r/Cubers - Reddit
2017年10月3日 · There are basically two ways to execute the OH H perm: R2 U2' R U2' R2 U2' R2 U2' R U2' R2 You can either double-flick the R2's or double-flick the U2's. R2 double-flick feels better for me, but I think U2 double-flick is objectively better.
Anyone else’s Z perm turns into an H perm after PLL execution?
2024年6月21日 · Whenever I get a Z perm for PLL, 50% of the time, it turns into an H perm right after execution. I use the M slice Z perm algorithm. I wondered, is this the algorithms fault, or does it just happen randomly.
