Hodgdon 4350 vs. IMR 4350 | Sniper's Hide Forum
2010年3月31日 · The H4350 is a temp insenstive powder. From winter time to summer time, you will notice a velocity/pressure change in your load with some of the IMR powders. I love the IMR powders, especially IMR4350. But a hot/fast load developed in the winter time will be a HOT load in the summer time. You won't notice this with the H4350 powder.

With the perpetual caveat that you back off 5 or 10% and work up carefully, load data for AR2209, H4350, IMR4350 and AA4350 can be used interchangeably.
H4350 load work up - 243 Win | Sniper's Hide Forum
2009年10月14日 · Re: H4350 load work up - 243 Win I was thinking about loading some lower charges at 37gn, 37.5, 38, 38.5, then 39, 39.5, 40, 40.5, 41. Just to be safe, most of the people I have talked to say there load is around 41 - 42 grains, but when I saw that hodgdon's max I gotta a little nervous starting my workup at 39gn.
H4350 and 308 | Sniper's Hide Forum
Re: H4350 and 308 It's too slow of a powder for the 308. You won't be able to cram enough powder in there to get near max pressure. If you look at the loading data, the slower burning 308 powders are a compressed charge. H4350 is even slower than those listed.
6.5 Creedmoor H4350 or Superformance 143 ELDX reloading …
2021年8月23日 · A faster powder with a lighter bullet example, Varget and a 123, will give a more complete burn in the 6.5 Creedmoor than 140g and 4831SC. Not a huge deal but it heats up silencers very fast, and one shooter even reported the unburned powder in his can igniting and burning the strap on his magneto speed in half. That is melt your fingers hot.
Poll - Charge Weight for 140gr 6.5 Creedmoor w/ H4350
2021年1月17日 · This is highly dependent on the components being used and your lot of H4350. I developed a load of ~2830 fps with 140 Berger Hybrids using 42.5 grains of H4350, Lapua SRP brass and CCI BR4 primers. No pressure signs, runs about the same velocity as factory Hornady 140 AMAX's through my 24" barrel.

2020年9月27日 · H4350 is a little too fast burn rate, you will hit pressure before speed. I use h1000, but thats hard to find. I tried some 4831sc, it shot very well and numbers were good. It was a little slower, 75fps than my h1000 load. Might also look at imr 8133 and 7977.
