HDfury did have a number of devices that stripped HDCP on the market prior to this case. They were all removed from sale by order as part of this case. Only HDCP converters remain.

2022年8月22日 · I did notice at that time that there were HDMI cables priced at as much as £80.00 so that made me think that for some HDMI connections a very high quality cable must be required. I hope what I have described will help some Members who get a HDCP problem in the future - the Scart to HDMI adapter should work with any device that has a Scart socket.

2007年6月20日 · The 'problem' is that HDMI.org, DCP LLC and the content owners don't see it that way - anything that will 'strip' HDCP circumvents the rules. Most 'strippers' are Digital to Analogue converters to enable folk with older HD capable Displays with VGA or 3RCA (Component) Inputs to view HD content that's only available via HDMI output ports.
