The Personnel Licensing Information System (PLIS) (https://plis.cad.gov.hk/) is now available. With effect from 2 July 2024, applicants for Professional Pilot’s Licence, Medical Certificate and Aircraft Maintenance Licence shall submit applications electronically via PLIS.
