2024年1月20日 · I always trust HK to do their engineering homework. I picked up a 40 slide with barrel for my VP9 effectively making It a VP40. It’s nothing. Just mount the new 40 slide. Of course, the 40SW mags are a part of that changeover. One of the nice things about HK is that you can even attempt this. There is great commonality to their designs.

2015年7月12日 · The VP9 is the first to hit the streets. Some would submit it is how the gun was designed to be. Like the USP series was initially designed around the 40, though you'd be hard pressed to find a bad USP. The VP40 is a fine weapon, and if I was to get back into 40 it'd be a USP 40 or a VP40. That said, the VP9 is my favorite 9mm handgun out there.

2015年11月21日 · I rank the VP40 above the P30L, but the P2000 is my favorite of the three. The P2000 is mid-sized, while the VP40 is a hair smaller than the P30L; the P2000 fits me the best. The VP40 has a different angle at the top of the grip, and thus it is possible to hold the pistol higher up on the frame.

2024年12月13日 · So you can hunt down a factory threaded HK VP40 barrel and do 14.5x1LH, or buy an RCM barrel in either 14.5x1LH or 9/16x24. The Osprey 45 or Obsidian 45 would both work well. A friend of mine recently took delivery of a Thunder Beast Fly45 and is raving about it. He also owns an Osprey 45 (first gen) and an older AAC Ti-Rant 45.

2024年12月28日 · I have a HK VP40 that I have run about 700 rounds out of. I took it to the range today and it misfired every time. I tried 3 different mags all misfired. I clean it everytime I use it, and I very rarely dry fire it. I came home and disassemble the gun and it looked fine. Does anyone have any suggestions. 2 different misfires bullets

2017年10月23日 · New to HKPro and new to guns in general. Bought the VP9SK at the end of June and a couple weeks later, bought the VP40. Both have performed extremely well for me, with the SK being my EDC and the VP40 being my "bedside gun". While both guns have amazing triggers, there is always room for improvement. Enter the Lobos trigger.
