I decided to send it to Gerard at Power Shot for a tune up and to get some custom work done. I'm no operator, but I had these ideas to make it what I consider tactical, but really just unique and special to me.

2024年6月14日 · I carried a HK53 for a few years with my job in the mid 2000's thought is was the coolest thing. At the time vector was making the V53. I wanted one, and did my first Form 1get a V53 SBR. It runs 100% and side my side they are nearly identical. The quality of the welds and finish were similar. I have side by side pics somewhere if I can find them.

2011年4月6日 · A 53 retractable stock will not fit on an MP5, the forks are about 1 inch longer than the MP5 version. As for the reverse, the MP5 stock will fit, forks will be 1 inch short and the recoil end plate in the 9mm is not designed for the forces generated by the 5.56 and in most cases the 53 endplate is to accomodate the buffer mech as the two carriers, 9mm vs 5.56 are …

2012年1月11日 · Next would get the HK53, unless I was getting one of the "HK"53K Dragon's, in which case would consider a 33K to go with the HK53. Next would get a MM23eK ;-) At that point would consider the "HK"52D or the "HK"52KD and pick up which ever 9mm you missed between the MP5A2 and the MP5K-PDW.

2025年1月28日 · My guess is that while MKE did receive tooling, training/supervision and TDP for some HK pattern guns, the HK53 was not one of those - and I have never seen a non-German HK53, as opposed to contract/licensed MP5s, G3s and HK33s.
