But it would not download the information. Kept telling me it couldnt find a file. I can download and copy anything. I dont want to put the cd in again and have to set up the printer all over.

2011年3月11日 · The driver originally supplied with WIndows 7 worked fine with this printer (except for scanning which has become very cumbersome). I had a corrupt driver file message this morning so downloaded tthe new driver version from hp. Now I can print photos in colour but documents in grey scale only.
