2024年8月29日 · Unfortunately driver is not provided by Microsoft. It is provided by each hardware manufacturer. If HP decided they no longer provide driver for this model to align with Windows update, there's nothing Microsoft could do about it. Sorry. In some cases, you might be able to install the Windows 10 driver anyway.

2024年10月29日 · After the 24H2 updates the HP Scanner 2000s2 and the N4000 series scanners will not work. It all happened when the host USB drivers updated. Has anyone had this issue and if so do you have a fix. All scanners in our school district were working great until the 24H2 was pushed out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

The printer now only prints what I've asked with no extra sheets fed inbetween each printed page. Yippee!!! Finally. I spent Hours on the Internet researching HP's knowledge base, Microsoft's knowledge base.

2018年7月17日 · Printer is an HP M402n on USB Windows 10. Will not print to any networked printers from Notepad or Wordpad either (HP, Konica, you name it). Print job appears as a pending document and then vanishes (when I'm not saving them). Printing to "Microsoft print to PDF" crashes Notepad and Wordpad.
