2020年10月1日 · Our HP w2338h monitor has taken on a green tinge. We've tried turning it off to let it rest overnight. I've tried to reset it, including trying to reset it to factory norms, but to no avail. Tried to fiddle with RGB too, but no help. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks!

And yes they supplied a remote control but it does not turn onor off the HP Pavilion w2338h LCD monitor, as well as no menu or sound controls.
