2025年1月14日 · As part of the A41 realignment, we have been narrowing a section of the old Bicester Road (formerly the A41) since Autumn last year. This work will continue until March 2025 when it will reopen on the newly narrowed road layout.

2024年8月16日 · In September, we will be completing the second phase of our A41 realignment works to connect the road to the newly built roundabout near Waddesdon. Prior to the realignment works, we will be undertaking utility works on a section of the A41 around Fleet Marston, between Waddesdon and Aylesbury.

2024年1月9日 · In preparation for our A41 realignment works, we will be undertaking utility works to protect cabling by installing ducts on the A41, near Waddesdon. This ducting will enable the diversion of the BT cable on Blackgrove Road. The work will involve cutting a trench in the carriageway, followed by reinstatement.

2024年9月25日 · High Speed 2 (HS2) main works contractor EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, Bam) has completed a two year project to construct a new overbridge traversing the A41 and realign 2.6km of road in Buckinghamshire.

In May, we completed the construction of the new northern roundabout of Blackgrove Road to connect it to the A41. The road has been realigned to allow the HS2 trace to pass. The southern section of Blackgrove Road (area highlighted in orange) will remain open for residents access but will no longer serve traffic.

2025年1月10日 · In early February, we will be completing a newly constructed access track off the old A41 Bicester Road. We will be constructing a new junction where the new track meets the road. This work will include excavating the area and laying the new road surface.
