For an excellent CNC mill to eliminate a Bridgeport buy an old Mori-Seiki MV-Jr. These are usually $1500-$3000 with a rock solid Fanuc control and absolutely awesome.

Optioned about the same the Hurco was close on price but has a few more HP and 10 more tools. More tools may not be an issue now but in a year or two it will be!. Get an enclosed machine or wear a rain coat on the job.

But the Super would require a phase converter, and I've also heard some rumors that the surface finishes coming off them aren't as good as the single-phase Mini.

Once you start adding all the options that tooling the price percentage difference becomes so little you will get a whole lot more value in in a VF-2.

2008年6月13日 · Thanks, there is a X axis limit switch located on the backside of the table. Contrary to what the guys said at Haas, you need to remove the long table cover and find the switch. I freed it up, cleaned around it and ran the diagnostic screen and the switch is still good. The guys at Haas said that each of these machines are assembled differently.
