2023年5月6日 · My 2020 LG TV also has an ethernet port, so I figured I could put an Ethernet splitter in, and run both the BT TV box and the TV from the existing Ethernet cable back to the BT Hub. But no success. As soon as I connect the second device's Ethernet cable, the internet connection is not recognised from either.

2022年11月8日 · Smart Hub has a blue light. Hybrid connect has two blue bars signal and flashing red light. What am i supposed to do in this situation. I rebooted hub followed by hybrid connect to get things going, but thought that the bt router with the EE hybrid connect was supposed to be unbreakable!

2023年12月7日 · Not sure if I’ve posted in the right place so apologies if not. A few months ago, our internet went down due to a fault, and as I’m a Bt Halo customer, they sent out a mini hub. Not long after the fault was rectified, they emailed asking me to send the hub back, and they said they would be deactivating the hub. Fine, no problems with that.
