Its the most frustrating change to ever happen to halo infinite for me. The BR is SO satisfying and was the weapon used in ranked for halo 2 and halo 3, generally the most beloved of all the halo games. Why oh why did 343 change it from the BR. The BR is so satisfying, where as the babdit is just so clunky.

The BR isn’t the only thing that made those games so great for competitive play. It was the only option since the carbine was shit. The infinite BR is too strong for its ease of use. You couldn’t shoot at these long ranges with the insane accuracy of the infinite BR in H2 or H3. Single shot weapons are just better for competitive play period.

2023年11月5日 · The Infinite BR is far to easy use and oppressive at range. Unless 343 is willing to adjust it in the future, the Bandit EVO is objectively the superior starter for core Ranked play. Having multiple ranked playlists can be nice, but it also dilutes what "ranked" even means if the settings don't represent the competitive scene.
