Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge is a self-anchored suspension bridge in San Diego, California. A pedestrian and bicycle crossing, it spans the San Diego Trolley and San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railway in downtown San Diego.

The pedestrian bridge is a relatively new arrival on the San Diego scene; it crosses the train tracks and 6 lanes of traffic on the Harbor Drive roadway. It is a gleaming, futuristic, space age wonder and ranks at the top of the longest bridges of its kind in the world.

At 550 feet long and one of the longest self-anchored, suspension bridges in the world, the Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge is designed to provide a safe, elevated footbridge for pedestrians and bicyclists crossing the busy Harbor Drive and existing train and trolley tracks.

Designed to be one of the longest, self-anchored, pedestrian suspension bridges in the world, the iconic Harbor Drive Bridge unites San Diego’s urban core with the waterfront. Connecting the convention center with the Gaslamp Quarter of San Diego’s East Village, the bridge spans across six lanes of traffic, a rail yard and trolley tracks.

The City of San Diego Redevelopment Agency has commissioned a new pedestrian bridge to connect the new baseball park with the convention center parking lot. This exciting and dynamic project has an architecturally unique design intended to serve as a signature structure for the old downtown redevelopment area.
