Haad Rin (Thai: หาดริ้น, pronounced [hàːt rín]) is a peninsular beach area and town on the southern tip of Ko Pha-ngan, an island in the Gulf of Thailand. Its two main beaches are Sunset Beach (Haad Rin Nai) to the south and the larger Sunrise Beach (Haad Rin Nok) to the north.

Once upon a time, Hat Rin must have been stunning. Now, it just caters to the foreigners (mostly Australians and Germans) for the Full Moon parties. The beach is something of an ecological disaster with broken glass, plastic straws and trash everywhere.

Haad Rin is on the island of Ko Pha Ngan off the coast of Thailand. Most famous for their Full Moon Party. From Ko Samui: There are at least 4 ferries a day from Ko Samui's "Big Buddha" pier directly to Haad Rin. Other ferries go to Thongsala, a short 30 minutes songthaew ride away.

Haad Rin Nai is a long, bright sandy beach that allows a fantastic view of Koh Samui. At high tide, the beach can be very narrow and especially the southern part is not suitable for everyone for relaxed sunbathing, since Haadrin's harbor is nearby.
