TTG gets a lot of special hate because Teen Titans 2003 ended. TTG basically is the same show with a drastically different tone and target audience. The old fans felt something great was changed into something insulting.

Teen Titans Go is clearly not the original nor is it connected with its predessaor. As someone who seen both series, I can clearly deviate the two shows. Teen Titans is a mixture of comedy and action while TT Go is more comedic with some action and more satire of TT03. I don't hate TTG, but I do prefer TT03.

Most of the hate for TTG had less to do with the quality of the show and more to do with the show in contrast to the older Teen Titans show and other CN shows at the time. As time went on and we have more people who didn't grow up on those shows and people who have stopped caring about the comparison, the people who hate it have quieted down ...

The hatedom logs on to YouTube,Facebook and Deviantart to whine and moan about it as TTG is all comedy and not action because the 2003 original has Anime-like fight scenes and Anime humor that inspires popular anime like Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon.

I really enjoyed the original series as much as anyone else. But the more recent incarnation, not so much. Honestly, I don't hate this series. It's just disappointing.

TTG is bad because of the characters, that's for sure, from Robin straight down to Raven. They turned Robin into this freak show, a legit laughing stock of the whole show, made him an obsessed weirdo about Starfire and a horrible leader.

Please don't get mad at me TTG Fans ok? this is my opinion.
