City States - what they are and how to exploit them
Feb 11, 2005 · Well, Hattusa's insanity is a symptom of how bizarrely strategic resources work now. It's really only during a narrow early-game window that you have to fret about your production centers not having encampments. Hattusa, btw, is where the Hittites built their capital.
Hattusa-city, founded in 6th millennium BC in Anatolia.

[R&F] Not receiving suzerain benefits after liberating city state
Mar 12, 2019 · I'm suzerain for the rest of the game. I'm at war with them despite being their suzerain (I never declared war on them). I don't get aluminum from their bonus. Vision isn't shared. In the city state panel it tells me I've earned the Hattusa suzerain bonus.
