Havel is not too hard to parry because he’s so slow and telegraphs his attacks so much. He also has a limited move set. What is tough though is that you don’t get much practice time because he can 1-shot you. Once you get through the nervous stage and get a few practice rounds in you can time his swing and parry/riposte consistently.
