Henry Kiprono Kosgey is a Kenyan politician who was a member of parliament for Tinderet Constituency and was a Minister for Industrialization.

Charges: three crimes against humanity: murder, deportation or forcible transfer of population, and persecution, allegedly committed during the 2007-2008 post-election violence in Kenya. Case also involved Henry Kiprono Kosgey and William Samoei Ruto. Judges declined to confirm the charges against Mr Kosgey on 23 January 2012.
