How do I customize HESK look?
In Hesk v3 you can control the public look of your help desk by Modifying HESK theme/template files. To customize HTML code that HESK generates you will need to modify PHP source files. Unless you are familiar with PHP code I wouldn't recommend messing with the source as HESK may stop working.
How do I add a logo to the help desk header?
Upload modified header.txt file to your HESK folder and refresh the help desk in your browser. This should show your logo in the top left side of the help desk. Similarly, you can add any HTML code into header.txt or footer.txt files to be shown in the HESK header or footer respectively.

I hope it can be useful to others, and any contribution to optimizing it, I will appreciate it. Particularly, I did not like the way to use the header.txt files because the logo is above the main "wrapper" layer.
