Mark V was made in a post apocalyptic time when getting resources was harder, so of course it'd be simpler looking, the HEV mark IV was made when Black Mesa had a much higher budget to the point where they had a bunch of these HEV suits out there, in Xen, and on Gina and Colette.

2021年1月8日 · I get enjoyment out of its narration. I also prefer the GUI more. Sure its not as clean as the MK V's but it takes up less of the screen and is a bit more stylized. Functionality wise I still like the MK IV better because it doesn't have AUX power. The only thing the MK V has going for it is the sprinting feature.

I like to think of the early renditions of the HEV suit are the previous models. Mark I. Mark II. Mark III. I know that early on the HEV suit had a single battery supply that powered things like armor, flashlight, and long-jumping. To me it makes sense to think of it as part of the older models, before the Mark IV streamlined it.
