Hex Totems are a special kind of Totem, identifiable by the lit candles underneath them.

Hex Perks are Perks that interact with and depend on the Totem Mechanic, which was originally introduced with Patch 1.3.0, alongside The Hag. There are currently 16 Hex Perks available in Dead by Daylight. Hex Perks depend on their Hex Totem. Hex Perks are only active for as long as their assigned Hex Totem remains uncleansed.

Hex: Pentimento is a Unique Perk belonging to The Artist. Prestige The Artist to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Hex: Pentimento for all other Characters. You reveal the true power of the Totems, hidden within their remains. You see the Auras of cleansed Totems.

2024年6月19日 · What happens if you bless a hex totem? When a Survivor chooses to bless a Hex Totem instead of cleansing it, it takes double the time to complete the action. However, the Survivor is rewarded by not only removing the Hex Perk associated with the totem, but also turning it into a Boon Totem.
