Within our agency and in the communities we serve, Hillside is dedicated to DE&I.

Hillside’s multidisciplinary Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) team provides holistic, strength-based mental health services in collaboration with youth and families to support the goal of safe reunification in the community.

Hillside provides support to youth, adults and families in need, wherever that support is needed: at home, in school, at work, in convenient community locations, or in Hillside residential campuses and facilities.

Hillside’s Family Opportunity Centers, located in Rochester and Syracuse, provide parent education classes, on-site mental health care, all-ages activities, referrals to a wide variety of community-based supports, and more.

Every day, Hillside’s coordinated services help youth, adults and families overcome challenges and find new pathways to the stronger futures they deserve.

Hillside’s Home and Community-Based Services make a number of supports available to eligible children, youth and families based on family preference and Level of Care determinations.

Hillside’s Children and Family Treatment and Support Services include the following: Other Licensed Practitioner – provides assessments for mental health and/or substance use needs.

Hillside systems are available for staff use from approved equipment. Access is restricted to Hillside employees and partners only. Unauthorized use is monitored and prohibited!
