You can running shoot a tek9 with almost zero recoil, so if someone is putting themselves at the disadvantage of fully counterstrafing with one on the first bullet, they suck balls. Leetify rating can be more accurate than HLTV rating, but it's important to understand that Leetify rating only measures who was most impactful for winning the games.
