Herrscher of Finality is a playable battlesuit in Honkai Impact 3rd. Fragments - manually unlockable once Herrscher of Finality Fragment ×80 are obtained. The unlock option can be accessed by clicking the Valkyrie button on the bridge and then selecting the battlesuit. Herrscher of Finality Rank-up Stamp cannot be used to unlock the battlesuit.

HoFi's gameplay consist of 2 builds, Ult and Combo Atk build. IMO, both of the builds work very well with her and they're not too far off of each other. However, having her signature weapon do play a huge role in Combo Atk build to make the rotation smoother. She's extremely strong in ER with quite a few selections of signet options to choose from.

2023年2月18日 · They are equivalent, but because HoFI is IMG she has a slight advantage for general use but will lose to mech bosses. HoFI is the new damage ceiling in her Symphony team though.
