Wikianswers says it means friend friend, Mymemory says it means magic. Urban Dictionary suggests it is a laughing sound like ha ha.

HoI 4 artsyle is simply too off putting, my first HoI game was HoI3 which actually was my first paradox game before i even knew what Paradox what (i didnt remember it in my original comment lol), and also i like the balance, with that amount of provinces you can micro way more easily and the AI doesnt do that much stupid shit, also do you have a link for that mod?

But don't forget, when the player can produce units, there's always the problem of balancing: Except for very high difficulty settings, the player will almost always be better in managing the production than the AI and so end up with more ...

Doeg werd ook gebruikt door Groningers en Drenthen. Aanvulling: Vooral de Hollanders vonden toen Hoi (en Moi) als afscheid raar. Het afscheid-Hoi heeft zich daarna eel langzaam verspreid (zie inderdaad jeugdjournaal) NB Hollandssprekende Groningers en Drenthen zeggen vaak ook hoi of doei ipv moi.

All HoI games have their pros and cons. I like that you can produce various equipment types in HoI 4 and the template designer to design and most importantly upgrade divisions is the most useful feature ever in a HoI game. But the older games did a lot of the other things much better.

Hoi An and Da Nang. It’s very easy to fly into Da Nang, beautiful beaches, plenty of things to do and see. Hoi An old town is great but only for a few days, it’s beautiful history and scenery. Try staying near An Bang beach near Hoi An, rent a bike, ride through the paths on the rice fields in the morning. It is really great.

2020年8月29日 · The very few people in Switzerland say "Hoi". You will never hear "Hoi" in the whole French and Italian speaking part of Switzerland. In the cantons of Valais, Graubünden, Schwy, Uri, etc., where the dialect is quite strong, you will never hear "Hoi" either. I would almost say that "Hoi" is used as a greeting in 5-6 cantons at most.

I prefer Darkest Hour, but HoI and HoI2 were my first Paradox games, so perhaps I'm biased. I just think HoI2 strikes the best balance between complexity and accessibility in the whole HoI franchise, and I think Darkest Hour is the best possible version of HoI2 (although also check out Arsenal of Democracy).
