2019年6月2日 · A tech walked me through a process of reconnecting the HondaLink App with the car while not connected to WiFi. We turned the WiFi off on my device. We closed the HondaLink App. We turned the car off. We turned the car on, then opened HondaLink. The odometer on HondaLink updated. After reconnecting HondaLink, we turned back on the WiFi on my device.

2021年9月9日 · Not sure about iPhone owners but on my Pixel 2 when this happens with the HondaLink app (twice now) I go into the app settings and (1) force stop the app, then (2) clear the cache and app data. When I restart HondaLink it takes me back to the app page (which now says "Update" instead of "Open") and after updating, I start the app, log back in ...

2023年3月13日 · I have Android app V4.7.8, dated 2/20/23 installed on my phone, and Hondalink seems to have lost the capability to update the Odometer miles, since that update. I've been through a number of Refreshes with no change. Everything else seems to be working normally. Not a huge problem, but one that I haven't had to cope with before.

2019年11月18日 · I tried the tricks listed above to no avail, but eventually went to the Google Play Store, searched for the HondaLink app, and despite having automatic updates enabled, was informed that the app needed to be updated for an update dated 11/16, downloaded and installed the update, and it now works normally again! "Something went wrong."

2020年6月9日 · If these HL app/server problems are indeed due to the worldwide Honda network outage, I am surprised as I would have expected a service like Hondalink would be run on third-party servers such as Amazon Web Services rather than having car apps communicating directly with servers within Honda's infrastructure.

2018年5月26日 · Range Info and Battery Charging information stopped updating to our HondaLink app since 8:45 PM last night (6/12). Oddly, odometer still updates when we refreshed the screen today (6/13). Honda really needs to fix this issue asap.

2018年4月26日 · I have had my clarity now for almost 2 months. In that time I have had no problems with HondaLink app connecting over Bluetooth or via USB with my iPhone X. Now within the past few days it will not connect via either option. App on phone just stuck at connecting message. Also if I open HondaLink on my Car, just says authentication failed.

2019年2月5日 · And while plugged in, the app only updates the battery charge level at preset intervals, like 10, 25, 40, 55, 70, 85 and 100 percents. While in preconditioning mode, the app will update every 5 mins. There are other weird quirks, like using the app to start preconditioning will send a request to the car but won’t update the app for a minute ...

2019年3月25日 · I just updated the Android version of the HondaLink app. I'm not at all bothered by the loss of the infamous EV Charge percentage, but I am concerned with the persistent Notification that HondaLink is Connecting, with the only option being to Dismiss it. The data shows after I Select Dismiss, but after I exit the app, the Notification continues.
