2020年4月27日 · I forgot to mention, Host went to a front nose cap (like everyone else) this 2020 year (after Feb 2020). Hopefully that fixes some water intrusion issue. But still leaves others, many others.

2019年11月22日 · So, in February, we looked at the Host Mammoth (and Everest) and the Eagle Cap 1165 (and 1200) to compare against our Lance 1172. At the time we decided to keep the Lance. However, about 12 hours after my previous post, our Lance 1172 caught fire and burned itself, our truck, and our house (including my wife's Mini Cooper in the garage) down.

You instantly start to wonder where you put all the pots, pans and dishes; where you put your outside camp stove; where you put your outside pop up canopy, fishing gear, etc.

The Chatel TS116 (triple slide with the 72 inch sofa), a Lance, a Arctic Fox and possibly an Eagle Cap with the sofa….. which is basically the same floor plan as the Chatel.

2020年8月15日 · Host Eagle Cap Lance Chalet These seem to be the top 4 that I have found. I found a Chalet TS116 near me and like the floor plan layout but am worried about when issues come up since they are no longer made. Of course I'd LOVE to have a Host camper but the entry price is very high. There are a few used ones near me so I am also watching them.

2024年6月22日 · Look at the Host truck camper. they have the three slides. What I like most about a truck camper is that it fits most anywhere. park it on the street in most small towns you visit. Just did a trip through the avenue of the giants and HWY 1 on the upper west coast (Fort Brag and Mendocino). Very winding air pen turn roads.
