2021年10月22日 · All I really need to complete HoTO are Vex, and a 4os flail. But I’m not sure what would be the best route to approach getting both of those. Vex is a (H) act 1 and above drop, so would that mean Andariel would be the best way to farm them?

Heart Of The Oak or HOTO for short is arguably the best-in-slot caster weapon. It is mostly used in flails for low stats requirement but some Sorceress builds might utilize a Staff better. The rune word is semi-hard to make, having Vex high rune as requirement.
