Hotwire is a complete joke now! I used to use Hotwire and never had a problem but the quality has completely evaporated. I booked a supposed "3-star" hotel in Knoxville TN this past weekend at the Days Inn on Asheville Hwy. Got to the room and it was infested with cockroaches. We turned around and walked out within 15 minutes.
