When I accessed my account today, I noticed that it appears to be a free account, despite the ongoing charges. I want to cancel my subscription, but I don’t have the option to do so in my account since it shows as free.

2016年2月4日 · Edit: After you canceled your subcribtion, you have until the end of your payed subscribtion to use the premium features of Spotify. One thing you can try is to 'download' al the tracks/albums/playlists and turn on offline mode, before(!) canceling your subscription. If I'm right, you have to go online after 29 days if you have done that.
