2022年12月23日 · What version of Office are you using? (Look at File > Account, under the "About Word" heading.) Some older versions did have trouble getting lines from the Insert > Shapes gallery to be perfectly horizontal or vertical. That isn't the case for current versions, which do snap a line to the nearest 45-degree angle when the Shift key is pressed.
