2012年12月15日 · BSOD Still crashes after a factory reset. Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed. I thought a clean factory reset will fix the issue. But it is still has the BSOD. I have uploaded the zip file that contains the dump as instructed.

It didnt come with a backup disc and I have my personal stuff backed up on micro sd with adapters so I did a factory reset and all went well except now windows update wont work.
