2022年10月6日 · The bottom mounts to the sill for the belt, the top will need the hard top brackets I posted numbers for earlier also on the Craddocks link. The buckle I believe you need an additional bracket that bolts to the underside of the seat box and onto the chassis.

2022年10月25日 · The only issue is that I find the steps that are at sill height arent that helpful for getting in and out as they are only a few inches lower than the floor height. I previously had folding side steps which were a much nicer height for old knees. Mike Britannica has a video where he made some for one of his vehicles;

2013年9月10日 · You can't really fit the sidesteps wrong as the sills only have bolt holes in the right place for the step. What does change is the support. I have both a short support going to the front outrigger, and a long support going to the gearbox Xmember.

2008年12月22日 · I've got some brtipart folding side steps but no fitting instructions. I suspect it might not be that straightforward as i've got rocksliders on. Can anyone give me any intructions/pics on how they're meant to fit.

2006年11月6日 · For those interested, it is actually really simple to remove the factory-fit side steps! I hadn't realised that the "bolts" that went through the outriggers were actually extension nuts (thanks Landrover Geek!) and the whole removal process was actually pretty easy...
